Google Business Profile Posts Checker

Google Business Profile Posts Checker

Google does not always give you much useful information when a Business Profile post is rejected. You publish what looks like a normal update, Google marks it “Not approved,” and you are left trying to figure out what caused the problem.

So we built this.

Paste in your draft, and we’ll check it against Google’s published Business Profile policies, along with other patterns that can make a post look misleading, overly promotional, low quality, or more likely to run into trouble.

Some checks are based directly on Google’s published rules. Others are our own rule-of-thumb warnings based on the way Google describes acceptable Business Profile content.

This tool is not made by Google and cannot see Google’s internal review system. A clean result does not guarantee approval. Think of it as a second read before you hit publish.

Paste a post above and select "Check My Post" to run the scan.

Google’s Official Business Profile Policies

If you want to compare your post against Google’s own documentation, these are the primary policy pages worth reviewing:

Google’s policies cover both obvious violations and broader quality issues, which is one reason rejected posts can be frustrating to diagnose. A post may contain something specifically prohibited, or it may simply trigger a quality or trust signal that Google does not explain in detail.

Our checker is designed to help catch those problems before you publish, but it should not be treated as a substitute for Google’s own policies.

We’ve also put together a more detailed guide covering the types of content that commonly cause problems, what Google’s published policies actually say, and what you can do when a post is rejected.
